Visual Consistency Audit

Bringing consistency to the brand
Identified that we had a lot of inconsistency in our visuals across the customer journey that could be negatively impacting our credibility, value perception and brand memorability. Lead a visual audit to identify where visuals did not align with our brand identity and update major touchpoints.
Lead a group to analyze all touchpoints (website, marketing collateral, ad creative) over 2 days and highlight three areas to focus on: web styles, color usage and imagery selection. Following the audit, I partnered with our visual designer to create an action plan to update, coaching on prioritization, making creative decisions, and addressing roadblocks. Results are that we achieved 100% progress on marketing collateral (full autonomy) and are actively closing the 50% gap on web experience (consulting partner.)
